Heart-Shaped Cupcake Parfait

Share these heart-shaped cupcakes with your loved ones. They are filled with creamy vanilla pudding and have fresh berries and chocolate shavings on top.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of cupcake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
• 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Follow the directions on the box to make the cupcake mix by adding the eggs, oil, and water

Put the batter into cupcake pans that are shaped like hearts

In a toothpick, put something in the middle and pull it out clean after 18 to 20 minutes

Wait until the cupcakes are completely cool

Add the milk to a different bowl and whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix in it until it gets thick

Cut a small hole in the middle of each cupcake and fill it with the pudding mix once they are cool

You can put whipped cream, mixed berries, and chocolate shavings on top of each cupcake
