- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

- Cherry tomatoes for skewering
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
Salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, and whisk them together in a bowl
Add dried oregano, thyme, and rosemary
Add the chicken cubes to the sauce and mix them around
Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours with the lid on
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Put pieces of chicken that has been marinated on the wooden skewers, then pieces of red bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes
Use any extra marinade from the bowl to brush on the skewers
Turn the chicken skewers over every so often while grilling for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and has nice grill marks
Grilled Greek chicken skewers should be served hot with tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce
Have fun!
