Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars
Enjoy these tasty Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars that don't need to be baked. With almond flour, coconut, and dairy-free chocolate chips, they taste great and don't have any gluten.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl
Add dairy-free chocolate chips and mix them in until they are spread out evenly
For a smooth top, use a spatula to press the dough into a baking dish that has been lined
After an hour, put it in the fridge until it gets firm
Cut into bars and enjoy once it's hard
