Buffalo Chicken Panini
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
Instructions:
Set a grill pan or pan for making sandwiches on medium heat
For even chicken breasts, pound them out and season them with salt and pepper
Use buffalo sauce to cover both sides of the chicken breasts
Put the chicken breasts on a grill pan or pan that has been heated up
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are fully cooked
Smooth out some soft butter on one side of every piece of bread
Spread butter on 4 slices of bread and then put a slice of provolone cheese, a cooked chicken breast, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes on top of each one
If you want, you can drizzle buffalo sauce over the chicken
Blue cheese dressing and ranch dressing should be spread on the side of the last 4 bread slices that hasn't been buttered
Putting these slices of bread on top of the sandwich fillings, buttered side up, makes a sandwich
Grill or pan the sandwiches for three to four minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts
Now cut the sandwiches in half and serve them hot
