California Cabernet Sauvignon with Grilled Ribeye

Ingredients:

  • 4 ribeye steaks 1 inch thick
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 bottle California Cabernet Sauvignon

Instructions:

Preheat grill to high heat

Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley to make a marinade

Brush the marinade over both sides of the steaks

Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness
